With a saving of up to 90% of the price per cubic metre, and a payback of the installation between one and two years, Gurpea Green Tech proposes self-production as a profitable and sustainable alternative for companies consuming oxygen and nitrogen in their production processes.

Sectors such as the medical, agri-food, automotive, aquaculture and metallurgy, currently cover the supply of oxygen and nitrogen, necessary for their activity, by purchasing from third parties, assuming costs such as transport and regasification of oxygen and nitrogen, which are eliminated with self-generation.

In addition, the process of self-generation of these gases in the plant is more economical by its very nature, presenting itself as a profitable alternative, not only in the case of replacing the supply method, but also for new companies that want to opt for this option from the start.

The profitability, confirmed by studies and projects already carried out by the Gurpea Green Tech team for clients, would reach up to 90% savings in terms of the price per cubic metre of gas, and a payback period of between one and two years for the oxygen and nitrogen generation and compression plant.

On the other hand, the self-production of these green gases ensures that companies can control their purity and, consequently, the quality of their food, water and industrial products. It also gives them self-sufficiency in supply, avoiding delays and external incidents.
