Automated for the supply of oxygen or medical air. The plant management will provide a control of the flow, O2 quality, remote control and the opportunity to acquire and trace data, supervise faults.

Oxygen generation process

It starts with the compression of atmospheric air, passing it through an air filtering and dehydrating system. The subsequent oxygen separation is done by means of a VSA (Vacuum Swing Adsorption) system for high flow rates, o a PSA (Pressure Swing adsorption) system, thus obtaining an O2 purity of 95% to 99% for direct supply to the grid. By means of a high-pressure booster, the O2 can be bottled up to 200Bar.

Plant with three lines. 134 m3 maximum. 4.7 m x 11.5 m. Plant with one main oxygen generation line + a second backup line and a third with cylinder bottling with high-pressure booster.
