With a saving of up to 90% of the price per cubic metre, and a payback of the installation between one and two years, Gurpea Green Tech proposes self-production as a profitable and sustainable alternative for companies consuming oxygen and nitrogen in their production processes.<\/h4>\n

Sectors such as the medical, agri-food, automotive, aquaculture and metallurgy, currently cover the supply of oxygen and nitrogen, necessary for their activity, by purchasing from third parties, assuming costs such as transport and regasification of oxygen and nitrogen, which are eliminated with self-generation.<\/p>\n

In addition, the process of self-generation of these gases in the plant is more economical by its very nature, presenting itself as a profitable alternative, not only in the case of replacing the supply method, but also for new companies that want to opt for this option from the start.<\/p>\n

The profitability, confirmed by studies and projects already carried out by the Gurpea Green Tech team for clients, would reach up to 90% savings in terms of the price per cubic metre of gas, and a payback period of between one and two years for the oxygen and nitrogen generation and compression plant.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the self-production of these green gases ensures that companies can control their purity and, consequently, the quality of their food, water and industrial products. It also gives them self-sufficiency in supply, avoiding delays and external incidents.<\/p>\n

The protection of the environment, a transversal axis of Gurpea Green Tech’s projects, is guaranteed by the reduction of emissions, eliminating transport, and energy consumption, avoiding the gasification process and promoting the use of its own renewable energies.<\/p>\n

Compressor, PSA and in-house visualisation software, the keys to optimisation.<\/strong>
\nCurrently, Gurpea Green Tech already has a green gas compressor and a PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption), of its own design and manufacture, the main competitive advantage of the business line due to its exclusivity in the market.<\/p>\n

Gurpea Green Tech thus becomes the only company in the sector that offers the possibility of incorporating a high capacity compression system and its own oxygen and nitrogen dissociation technology (PSA), allowing the production, storage and distribution of these green gases.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Gurpea Green Tech has also developed a vision software, integrated in the equipment, which will allow the visualisation of the data remotely, for the supervision of the production and the facilitation of tele-maintenance tasks, essential nowadays for an efficient optimisation of the plants.<\/p>\n
